  • Precision Cut

    All of our products are precision cut on either our in house Cnc plasma cutter or cut locally on a high powered Fiber Laser.

  • Cleaning and Sanding

    After our cutting process everything is carefully inspected for any defects then sanded to get it ready for powder coating

  • Powder Coating

    Now that everything is cleaned and sanded it can be powder coated. Powder coating is a dry coating process where the powder is electrostatically charged then baked on. Powder coat is more durable than paint and gives a flawless finish.
